Our Appointment System
How to book an appointment
You may make an appointment either in person, by telephone or online. If you are going to be late or are unable to attend, please call the surgery and let the reception staff know, allowing us to reutilise your appointment time .
Please note the receptionist will ask you why you require the appointment. This is to ensure that he/she places you with the correct clinician for your problem.

Emergency Appointments
To book an emergency appointment, please telephone the Surgery. We have emergency on-the-day appointments, but these are limited and therefore are given to patients on a first come first serve basis. Please note that these are strictly for emergencies only and should not be used for things such as requesting blood results/prescriptions etc.
Telephone Advice
Sometimes you may want advice on a health Problem or medication, or you may simply want to speak to a doctor or ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner). If you feel this is necessary, please call the Surgery to book a telephone consultation.
Text Message Reminders
You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.
If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)
Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.
If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
If you would like ot opt out of any future contact via text messaging, then please complete the form and indicate in the marked section.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
